Answers to questions and a
lot of good advice!

Your team meets the possibility to see each other in completely different roles apart from everyday life. Furthermore, a film shoot encourages creativity and problem-solving skills and forges closer ties.

We provide costumes, props and technical equipment for the shoot. Our film makers take care of instruction, camera and editing, and our organizers ensure a smooth flow. We have all the necessary ideas and script drafts and will accompany you throughout the planning process.

Not included are the costs for the location and for the food and drinks.

A regular film event is for 5 to 1,000 people. Events for more participants are also possible.

A single film team consists of max. 20 persons. For example, 80 people split up into four different teams and four separate films are created.

The event can be performed in German, in English or in a mixture of both.

Yes, we can also take over the complete event planning for an additional charge.

Yes, even children, old or disabled people can easily find a suitable task on the set. Due to our years of experience, we will be happy to advise you.

Time schedule

The duration of the event varies from a two-hour short shoot to a day-long film festival.

A classic film event lasts around 7 hours from the welcome to the end of the premiere. Between the film shoot and the premiere you have around 3 hours of free time, which you can flexibly fill with lunch or dinner or other programme items.

A possible routine for your day could look like this:

  • 12:00 p.m. Arrival and setup of The Film Event (participants are not yet involved)
  • 2:00 p.m. Welcome by The Film Event
  • 2:30 p.m. Pre-Production (team preparation for filming)
  • 3:30 p.m. Film shoot
  • 5:00 p.m. Break for participants, for example for dinner | Film editing for filmmakers
  • 8:00 p.m. Film premiere and Oscar ceremony
  • 8:30 p.m. End of event

Please note that this is just one possible process. We are very flexible in terms of time and are happy to adapt to your own agenda.

Yes, a film can be shot in summer as well as in winter. Depending on the season, different locations are required.

It depends on your requests. Short term requests are possible especially for smaller groups. However, during certain months the demand of events is very high. Therefore, we advise you to book your desired date as early as possible.

Yes, it is. We will be happy to make a non-binding reservation. As soon as another request comes in for the same day, we will contact you to clarify whether your event will take place or else offer the date to the other party.

We are flexible regarding the location of the event. We are able to turn any location into a film set, whether it’s your own office, a hotel or an event location.

During the event, an extra room is needed to set up the costumes and props. Later, this space can also be used for post-production when quietness and concentration are required. For the welcome gathering at the beginning of the day and later for the film premiere, it is preferable to have a spacious room for all the participants and at best the screening equipment (e.g. projector, screen, sound) to be available.

An event is not dependable on weather conditions. A film shoot requires improvisation and creativity, and we are able to react quickly to any condition.

For the event we need access to electricity. For the premiere we need a projector, a screen and sound. If the equipment is not available, we can provide it for up to 80 people. If there are more than 80 participants, the demand on the equipment will increase. In this case we clarify the availability and renting possibilities with the venue.

The film

We offer a selection of over 15 genres, from Mafia to super hero or music video. There is something for everyone. If you do not find the right script, you can be creative and write your own screenplay that we realize with you.

You are welcome to include your own topics in our ready-made script drafts.

Most of the participants become actors. In addition, there are exciting tasks in the areas of screenwriting, directing, set designing or location scouting. Each participant will find a suitable role.

We would recommend to bring your own products and merchandise to the set. Who knows what creative uses you’ll find for them?!

No. The films are intended for private and internal use.

A film usually lasts about 8 minutes.

After the event, the films will be available by using a password-protected link.
